Studio: Atlantis Studio, Sweden

Atlantis Studio

Swedish recording and production facility based in Stockholm.

The facility was used as a cinema before Anders Burman opened [l297483] for his Metronome label in the 1950s. Anders Burman sold the facility in 1983 to Janne Hansson and [a851787]. They renamed it Atlantis Studio and their company name was Atlantis Grammofon AB.

They also managed a smaller recording room called "Little studio", sometimes referred to as "Atlantis Studio Två". In May 2020 the facilities were sold to a group of new owners who carry on the studio business under the name Atlantis Metronome from November 2020.
