Fred Deakin was half of the band Lemon Jelly who were nominated for Mercury and Brit awards, sold over half a million albums and headlined stages at almost every major UK music festival (Glastonbury, Bestival, Big Chill, Reading, Leeds, T in the Park).

His new science-fiction concept album The Lasters is set in a dystopian future and tells the tale of Earth's final family.
