Britpop

Britpop was a mid-1990s British rock movement that emerged as a reaction against American grunge, featuring guitar-driven melodies, catchy hooks, and distinctly British cultural themes. The genre was dominated by bands like Oasis, Blur, Pulp, and Radiohead, who drew inspiration from 1960s British rock while celebrating working-class life and British identity during a period of cultural optimism known as "Cool Britannia".

With the above definition in mind, this artistagraph was built using the following parameters:

- Artists from Great Britain in the genres Rock and Alternative (hopefully the right kind of music).
- Artists who have had at least one album with 1m+ streams (artists who were popular).
- Artists who released albums between 1993 and 1998, and didn't release any albums prior to 1988 (thus ensuring that they were quite new on the scene).

Finally, note that I had to add Pulp even though they didn't fit the criteria. Pulp had some success as early as 1983, which would exclude most artists, but every rule has an exception!
